Comprehensive Optometrist
Dr. Sharon Lei is a California board licensed optometrist certified in the examination, diagnosis, and medical treatment of both vision correction and ocular disease. After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology at the University of California, San Diego, she completed her Doctorate Degree from the Southern California College of Optometry. During her training, Dr. Lei has rotated through various hospitals such as Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital, Tucson VA Hospital, and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
Her experiences allow her to practice full-scope optometry and treat various eye diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. Dr. Lei is committed to creating a comfortable environment for her patients. This is shown through her care when examining patients and her thoughtful and detailed answers to questions. Dr. Lei is a Los Angeles native. During her spare time you will often find her hiking the San Gabriel mountains, reading a book at a coffee shop, or trying new recipes in the kitchen.
